   Connect your Supabase project

   Add your Supabase project URL and access token under Server › Backend › Supabase first. Until then Cadence runs on sample data kept on the device.

   Supabase is connected under Server. Create the tables this app reads (profiles, tasks, subtasks, projects, calendar events, AI conversations and messages, plans, note summaries and notifications) with row-level security so each person sees only their own rows, apply the migration in supabase/migrations, write the public values into .env, and check that sign-up, Today, Tasks, Calendar and the assistant work on my project.

   Turn on the AI assistant

   Add your Gemini API key under Server › API keys & secrets. Without it the assistant still plans your day, breaks down tasks and summarizes notes with the planner built into the app.

   My Gemini API key is saved under Server. Deploy the ai-assist Edge Function from supabase/functions with that key as its GEMINI_API_KEY secret, and check that the assistant's plans, task steps and note summaries now come from it.

   Sell Cadence Pro with RevenueCat

   Add your RevenueCat secret key under Server › Monetization; the app's store keys fill in from it. Publish › Purchases then makes the monthly and yearly plans. Until then the paywall shows sample prices and sells nothing.

   RevenueCat is connected under Server. Check that the Cadence Pro paywall loads my current offering, that the pro entitlement unlocks Pro everywhere the app checks it, and that Restore purchases works. Tell me which products Publish › Purchases still needs to make.

   Set your app icon

   Make an AI logo or upload your own icon in App settings. The launcher icon, splash screen and store listing all use it.

   I set a new app icon in App settings. Match the splash screen background and the Android icon background to its edge colour, so the icon sits on one continuous colour.

5. 5

   Write your copy and legal pages

   Prepare your onboarding wording, Pro plan description, support contact, privacy policy and terms. The app has its own Privacy and Terms screens with sample text to replace before you publish.

   Replace the sample onboarding and Pro wording with mine: [your copy]. Put my privacy policy and terms into the app's Privacy and Terms screens: [your privacy policy and terms]. Set the support contact to [your support email].

6. 6

   Check and publish a build

   Go through onboarding, sign-in, Today, Tasks, the assistant, Calendar and Pro on a phone, then build for the stores from Publish.

   Run a final check of every screen in light and dark mode: onboarding, sign-in, Today, Tasks, the assistant, Calendar, Focus, Pro and settings. Fix anything broken or still showing template content, then get the app ready for a store build.
