Overview

Forge is a React Native training app in the dark, athletic style of Fitbod and Nike Training Club: a charcoal ground, athletic photos and one lime accent. Today leads with the session to do, your week and your goal; every workout can be started, timed and logged.

It opens on sample data so every screen works when you fork it, including six months of sample history that your first logged workout replaces. Connect your Supabase project under Server for accounts, workouts, logs and the community.

  1. Connect your Supabase project

    Add your Supabase project URL and access token under Server › Backend › Supabase first. Until then Forge runs on a sample catalogue and training history kept on the device.

  2. Add your workouts and meal plans

    Prepare your programs, workouts with their exercises, meal plans and challenges, with photos. Attach them as a spreadsheet and images to the message.

  3. Set your app icon

    Make an AI logo or upload your own icon in App settings. The launcher icon, splash screen and store listing all use it.

  4. Write your copy and legal pages

    Prepare your coaching wording, help answers, support contact, privacy policy and terms. The app has its own Privacy and Terms screens with sample text to replace before you publish.
