What’s inside

  1. Describe the home in your own words and get filters you can edit, never criteria about people
  2. Price pins on a map fitted to the search, with the chosen home as a photo card
  3. Book a tour in three taps: a day, a free time, Request; one agent is never booked twice
  4. Talk to your agent in the app, with the home the conversation is about on top
  5. Saved homes in lists with notes, side-by-side compare, and saved searches whose new homes show in Inbox
  6. Agent tools: today's tours, requests to confirm or decline, leads and each listing's views

About this template

Overview

A sunny autumn street in Denver with brick and modern homes and mountains beyond

Dormer is a real estate agency's own app: one agency's homes for sale and for rent in one calm, photo-first app. People search by map, by list or in plain words, see every room and the floor plan before they go, book a tour in three taps, save homes in lists, and message their agent. Owners can ask what their home is worth, and an agent prepares the valuation by hand.

It is made for an independent brokerage, a property manager or a new-build developer that wants its own branded app. The agency earns on sales and leases, so nothing is paid in the app. It opens on a sample agency in Denver: four agents, ten homes and ten neighborhoods, with dates built from today so open houses are always this weekend.

Key features

  • Home: the newest home for the person's search as a big photo card, then their next tour

    Home
  • Describe it: a sentence becomes filters the person can edit, with the matching homes and why each fits

    Describe it
  • Listing: the photo gallery, price with a monthly mortgage estimate, facts, open houses, features, floor plan and price history

    Listing
  • Tour: in person or video chat, the next days with the times still free, and a note to the agent

    Tour
  • Saved: a photo grid of saved homes, lists such as Shortlist and Maybe, notes, and Compare for two or three homes

    Saved
  • Agent tools: today's tours as a timeline, requests to confirm, leads with Call and Text, and listing views

    Agent tools

Screens

Welcome, four onboarding questions (buy or rent, neighborhoods, budget over a histogram of the agency's homes, rooms and home type) and the search built from them, sign-in with a 6-digit code, Home, Search, Filters, Map, Describe it, a listing, its photos by room, Schedule a tour, a tour, Tours, Saved, Compare, Inbox, a conversation, Mortgage, a neighborhood guide, Our team, an agent, Sell and the valuation request, You, Settings, About, Terms and Privacy, and Agent tools (today, client messages, leads, a listing's views): 37 screens, light and dark.

AI and backend

Supabase keeps the agency's agents, neighborhoods, listings with their photos, history and open houses, and each person's saved homes, searches, tours, conversations and valuation requests, each readable only by its owner and the agents it concerns. The database refuses a tour that overlaps another of the same agent, falls outside opening hours or lies in the past, and an agent's reply or confirmation reaches the other phone at once over Realtime. Describe it runs on one Edge Function with your Gemini key against a daily allowance; in sample mode an on-device parser reads prices, rooms, neighborhoods, home types and features. Both leave out words about people and say so.

Monetisation

None in the app, by design: no in-app purchases, fees or card details. Rents show per month with the deposit and lease terms and are paid to the landlord, never in the app. The mortgage screen is an estimate from the person's own numbers, labelled as one.

Setup

It opens on the sample agency with no setup. Connect Supabase and apply the three migrations for accounts, tours and messages in the cloud, add your Gemini key and deploy the ai function for Describe it, then replace the sample agency with your own agents, neighborhoods, homes and photos. Tour reminders are local notifications on the phone.

Set up after you fork

Your copy opens with the AI assistant that built it. Do the steps in order: connect what a step asks for under Server, then send each prompt.

  1. Connect Supabase and apply Dormer's migrations

Server › Backend › Supabase. Apply the three migrations in supabase/migrations in name order (the AI allowance, Dormer, the sample agency), so the app opens on the same homes it shows in sample mode.

    Prompt for the AI

Connect this app to my Supabase project: set EXPO_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL and EXPO_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY, apply the three migrations in supabase/migrations in name order, and check that the Search tab lists the sample agency's homes from Supabase.

  2. Send 6-digit sign-in codes from Supabase

In Supabase's Authentication, put {{ .Token }} in the Magic Link email template and remove the link, keep Confirm email on, and turn on anonymous sign-ins for Describe it before an account exists.

    Prompt for the AI

Walk me through Supabase Authentication for Dormer: the {{ .Token }} code in the Magic Link template without the link, Confirm email on, anonymous sign-ins on with a low rate limit, then test signing in from You with my email and saving a home.

  3. Add the Gemini key under API keys & secrets

Server › API keys & secrets: GEMINI_API_KEY, and optionally AI_FREE_UNITS_PER_DAY (30 by default, one per search). Describe it uses them; without the key the filters still work.

    Prompt for the AI

Add GEMINI_API_KEY as a secret for the ai function, and AI_FREE_UNITS_PER_DAY if I give you a number.

  4. Deploy the AI search function

Deploy supabase/functions/ai with its secrets, then describe a home on the Describe it screen and check the filters it returns.

    Prompt for the AI

Deploy the ai Edge Function in supabase/functions with my secrets, then run a search such as "3 bed house with a garage near Sloan Lake under $1.1M" from Describe it and check the filters it understood.

  5. Put in your agency, agents and homes

Edit the agency row and AGENCY in src/services/agency, add your agents, neighborhoods, listings and photos (the listing-photos bucket), make your agents' accounts agents, then remove the sample agency with the statement at the top of its migration.

    Prompt for the AI

Replace Dormer's sample agency with mine (I'll give you the details): update the agency row and AGENCY in src/services/agency/index.ts, add my agents, neighborhoods and listings in Supabase, set role = 'agent' for my agents' accounts, run the remove-sample statement from 20261025000200_dormer_sample_agency.sql, and replace the pictures in assets/samples.

Questions

Is it free?

Copying a free template costs nothing, not even credits; a Premium one is a one-time purchase per website. Chat changes and builds use credits.

What do I own?

You own the app made for you. The template’s code stays InspireUI’s and is licensed for use in your apps (Terms › Our intellectual property).

Do I need to know code?

No. Ask the assistant for changes in plain words; the full source is there when you want it.

Does it come with a backend?

No. A full app names the backend it needs and you connect your own under Server; a design runs on sample data.

Can I change the design?

Yes. The Design tab sets the brand colour, colours, fonts and corners at no credit cost; the assistant changes the rest.

Which plan do I need to publish?

Creator or higher builds and uploads to the stores, with your own Apple and Google accounts. A Premium template’s app builds on any plan once its website is connected.

Can I download the source?

Yes, with Download source or Push to GitHub, once your workspace has bought a plan, credits or a paid template. A Premium template’s app also needs its website connected.

What if it was made with an earlier FluxNative?

Your copy works as it is. Ask the assistant to update it for newer features such as app languages and currencies; it is the last setup step.

Ready to make it yours?

Start from Dormer Real Estate Agency App and change anything by chat. Your copy comes with the full source.
