About this template

Overview

Mudline is an arcade driving game in the mud: a small truck over endless hills with a gas and a brake pedal. Balance it in the air, land on its wheels, splash through puddles, grab fuel cans and coins, and go a little further each run. The game is the first screen, ready to play in a second; the garage, missions, leaderboard and settings push over it as pages of the same land.

Everything works with no backend in sample mode, from a lived-in sample save. Connect Supabase for a weekly board of every player and RevenueCat to sell Mudline Plus.

Key features

  • Driving: gas and brake pedals at the bottom of the screen, nose up or down in the air, flips and big air paid in coins, fuel cans to find, a crash past 75°

  • One seeded course that grows steeper in 500 m stretches, coin rows over its crests, posts, checkpoint flags and the player's best on the road

  • Garage: eight bodies of their own shapes, from a buggy to a tractor (six for coins, two only in Plus), and Grunt, Lugs, Springs and Tank upgrades of five levels

  • Missions: three at a time from real runs, a reward when claimed, a harder one in its place; a 7-day daily reward by the phone's date

  • Leaderboard: the player's best among seven course regulars, the ten best runs, and a weekly board with Supabase

  • Game feel: mud clods and dust puffs, puddle splashes, coin pops, a camera kick and stars on a crash, haptics on pickups and flips, all optional

Screens

  • Game: ready, driving, paused and the result board with the crash kept in view

    Game
  • Garage: the truck on a turntable in the shed, bodies and upgrades

    Garage
  • Missions: the daily reward board, missions and the week's driving

    Missions
  • Leaderboard: trucks on mud mounds, rival drivers and your ten best

Backend

The weekly board is a Supabase migration: every run starts on the server and submit_score takes each run once, refusing one longer than the time since it started, faster than the truck can go or with impossible coins. Anon reads no table; the board shows names, bests and places only, and Delete my data removes a player's runs, name and anonymous sign-in.

Monetisation

One non-consumable purchase, Mudline Plus, through RevenueCat: every truck in the garage and double coins. No ads, no loot boxes, nothing that looks like gambling. Without store keys the Plus page shows a sample price and sells nothing.

Setup

  • Run the migration on your Supabase project, allow anonymous sign-ins and add its URL and key

  • Create the mudline_plus product, the plus entitlement and the default offering in RevenueCat and add its keys

  • Reskin the land, the trucks, the prices and the rivals in a handful of files

Set up after you fork

Your copy opens with the AI assistant that built it. Do the steps in order: connect what a step asks for under Server, then send each prompt.

  1. Connect Supabase for the weekly board

Server › Backend › Supabase: run the board's migration and allow anonymous sign-ins.

    Prompt for the AI

Connect the game's Supabase project for the weekly board: apply supabase/migrations/20261027150000_weekly_board.sql, make sure anonymous sign-ins are allowed (Authentication › Sign In / Providers), and set EXPO_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_URL and EXPO_PUBLIC_SUPABASE_ANON_KEY. Then finish a run and check that it appears on the Leaderboard's This week board.

  2. Sell Mudline Plus with RevenueCat

Server › Monetization: a non-consumable mudline_plus, the plus entitlement and the default offering.

    Prompt for the AI

Set up Mudline Plus in RevenueCat: a non-consumable product mudline_plus in App Store Connect and Google Play, an entitlement plus that holds it, and the default offering with one Lifetime package. Add EXPO_PUBLIC_REVENUECAT_IOS_KEY and EXPO_PUBLIC_REVENUECAT_ANDROID_KEY, and set PLAN_PREVIEW in src/services/iap/index.ts to my store price.

  3. Make the land and the trucks yours

The palette, the bodies and their prices, the course and the rivals live in a few files.

    Prompt for the AI

Reskin Mudline for my game: change the land, sky and truck paints in src/features/game/palette.ts, the bodies, upgrades and prices in src/features/game/catalog.ts, and the rival drivers in src/services/leaderboard/rivals.ts together with the seed rows at the end of the weekly board migration. Keep the day and night looks.

  4. Put in your terms and privacy policy

Replace the in-app sample pages, or set their addresses.

    Prompt for the AI

Replace the sample Terms of Use and Privacy Policy in src/features/legal/TermsScreen.tsx and PrivacyScreen.tsx with my own text, or set EXPO_PUBLIC_TERMS_URL and EXPO_PUBLIC_PRIVACY_POLICY_URL to my hosted pages.

Questions

Is it free?

Copying a free template costs nothing, not even credits; a Premium one is a one-time purchase per website. Chat changes and builds use credits.

What do I own?

You own the app made for you. The template’s code stays InspireUI’s and is licensed for use in your apps (Terms › Our intellectual property).

Do I need to know code?

No. Ask the assistant for changes in plain words; the full source is there when you want it.

Does it come with a backend?

No. A full app names the backend it needs and you connect your own under Server; a design runs on sample data.

Can I change the design?

Yes. The Design tab sets the brand colour, colours, fonts and corners at no credit cost; the assistant changes the rest.

Which plan do I need to publish?

Creator or higher builds and uploads to the stores, with your own Apple and Google accounts. A Premium template’s app builds on any plan once its website is connected.

Can I download the source?

Yes, with Download source or Push to GitHub, once your workspace has bought a plan, credits or a paid template. A Premium template’s app also needs its website connected.

What if it was made with an earlier FluxNative?

Your copy works as it is. Ask the assistant to update it for newer features such as app languages and currencies; it is the last setup step.

Ready to make it yours?

Start from Mudline Off-Road Driving Game App and change anything by chat. Your copy comes with the full source.
