FluxNative vs Draftbit
Draftbit and FluxNative both build React Native apps in TypeScript that go to TestFlight and Google Play. They differ in who pays for the AI, how designs come in, and how outside coding agents reach the project.
The short answer
Choose Draftbit if you want Claude Code or Codex on your own AI subscription beside a visual editor, or the lowest plan price. Choose FluxNative if you want AI credits included, the store listing sent from the product, and Claude Code or Cursor on your computer editing the project over MCP.
Key differences
Paying for AI
Draftbit's paid plans include no AI credits; agents use your own Claude or ChatGPT subscription, an API key, or bought credits. FluxNative plans include monthly credits.
Designs
Draftbit's agents read images and files you attach; its docs list Figma integration as coming soon. FluxNative's assistant builds from the screenshots you attach; it has no Figma import yet.
Coding agents
Draftbit runs Claude Code and Codex in its cloud sandbox. On paid plans, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other clients on your machine edit FluxNative projects over remote MCP.
Publishing
Both sign apps and upload to TestFlight and Google Play; the first Android upload is manual. FluxNative also pushes the listing and keeps a store checklist.
When Draftbit is the better choice
- You already pay for Claude or ChatGPT and want to build with it.
- You want a visual editor beside the agents.
- You want the lowest plan price.
When FluxNative is the better choice
- You want AI usage included in one plan.
- You want the store listing and screenshots sent from the product.
- You want Claude Code or Cursor on your computer editing over MCP.
