Open the Firebase console and select the project this app uses.\n2. Go to **Project settings**, then **Service accounts**, then **Generate new private key**, and confirm.\n3. A JSON file downloads once. Paste the whole contents, starting with `{`.\n\nDo not paste the Web API key, and do not paste an OAuth client file.\n\n> [!WARNING]\n> The service-account file is a Google Cloud credential for the whole project. To revoke it, delete the key on the same Firebase screen.\n\n## What the assistant does with it\n\n- Reads the real app config and writes it into the project.\n- Tests Firestore and Storage rules and publishes them. Rules that fail to compile are refused, so a broken rules file does not ship.\n- Registers the Android SHA fingerprint that Google sign-in needs.
