Use case

Build a food delivery app with AI

Menu browsing, a cart, checkout and order tracking, as a native iOS and Android app published from your own store accounts. Start from the BiteRush food delivery template and connect your own Supabase project, or describe your restaurant, and let the assistant write the native app's code.

Screens a food delivery app needs

  • Sign-up, sign-in and password reset
  • Menu with categories, search and filters
  • Dish details with photos, options and price
  • Favorites, best sellers and promotions
  • Cart and checkout with delivery address
  • Order confirmation, status and history
  • Profile with saved addresses and payment methods

How to build it with FluxNative

  1. Start from a template or a description. Copy the template below for a complete app and connect your own backend, or describe your own in chat and attach screenshots. Either way you get real native source code you own, in TypeScript. Start a project
  2. Refine it in chat. Ask for one change at a time and watch the live preview update. Every turn lands as a revision you can undo, and the Design tab changes colors, type and spacing without a prompt. Work with the assistant
  3. Connect the backend. Save your Supabase, Firebase or Appwrite credentials under Server once. The assistant then creates the tables, security rules and functions the app needs; it never sees the secret values. Server
  4. Build it and install it. Build a signed APK and install it by scanning a QR code, or build an IPA without a Mac and send it to TestFlight. A build that fails costs nothing. Native builds overview
  5. Publish. FluxNative uploads to TestFlight and Google Play, tracks every store step, and submits for review only after you confirm; the app record is created once in each store console, and Apple and Google decide. Publishing overview

Start from a template

The BiteRush Food Delivery App template is a complete app of this kind. Copy it into your workspace, connect your own backend under Server, and follow its setup checklist: each step comes with a prompt for the assistant.

Data and backend

Menus, orders and customer profiles live in your own backend. With Supabase connected, the assistant creates the tables and row-level security policies, so each customer only reads their own orders, and it can deploy Edge Functions for work that must run on a server.

Already run a restaurant system or ordering API? Point the project at your own HTTP or GraphQL API instead; the credential stays on the server.

Payments and store rules

Meals and deliveries are physical goods, so Apple and Google do not require their in-app purchase systems for them. Card payments go through a payment provider such as Stripe, called from your backend so no secret key ships inside the app.

If you sell a membership with digital perks, such as free delivery, that is a subscription, and the stores' purchase rules apply. FluxNative sets subscriptions up on Google Play and in RevenueCat from Publish › Purchases.

A first prompt to send

Send it as it is, or change the details to match your idea.

Build a food delivery app for a neighborhood restaurant: a menu with categories and search, dish details with add-ons, a cart, checkout with a delivery address, and an order status screen. Use Supabase for accounts and orders.

Frequently asked questions

Can I accept card payments in a food delivery app?

Yes, through a payment provider such as Stripe that your backend calls. Apple and Google require their own purchase systems for digital content and subscriptions, not for meals or deliveries.

Does the template include a menu and orders?

It includes the screens and Supabase sign-in, but no data: a copy never gets the template author's backend, so it shows a connect message until you connect your own Supabase project under Server. Its setup checklist gives you a prompt for each step: connect Supabase, add your menu, set your brand and publish.

Can I have a separate app for couriers or the restaurant?

Yes. Each app is its own project in your organization, and two projects can share one Supabase backend.

What will you build next?

Start with a prompt or images. No credit card required.
