Build a healthcare app with AI
A doctor directory, appointments, a pharmacy catalog and patient profiles for a clinic or health service. Start from the CareLink template or describe your service, then connect a backend that meets your privacy obligations.
Screens a healthcare app needs
- Onboarding, sign-up and sign-in
- Home dashboard linking the services
- Doctor directory with specialties and ratings
- Appointment booking and appointment history
- Pharmacy catalog with search, cart and prescription upload
- Health articles
- Patient profile, payment methods and FAQs
How to build it with FluxNative
- Start from a template or a description. Copy the template below for a complete app and connect your own backend, or describe your own in chat and attach screenshots. Either way you get real native source code you own, in TypeScript. Start a project
- Refine it in chat. Ask for one change at a time and watch the live preview update. Every turn lands as a revision you can undo, and the Design tab changes colors, type and spacing without a prompt. Work with the assistant
- Connect the backend. Save your Supabase, Firebase or Appwrite credentials under Server once. The assistant then creates the tables, security rules and functions the app needs; it never sees the secret values. Server
- Build it and install it. Build a signed APK and install it by scanning a QR code, or build an IPA without a Mac and send it to TestFlight. A build that fails costs nothing. Native builds overview
- Publish. FluxNative uploads to TestFlight and Google Play, tracks every store step, and submits for review only after you confirm; the app record is created once in each store console, and Apple and Google decide. Publishing overview
Start from a template
The CareLink Healthcare App template is a complete app of this kind. Copy it into your workspace, connect your own backend under Server, and follow its setup checklist: each step comes with a prompt for the assistant.
Data and backend
Patient records are sensitive. FluxNative writes the app and sets up the backend you connect, but compliance with rules such as HIPAA or GDPR depends on where data is stored and the agreements you sign with that provider. Pick a backend plan that covers your obligations before you store real patient data.
With Supabase or Firebase connected, the assistant creates the tables and access rules so each patient reads only their own records.
Payments and store rules
Consultations and medicines are services and physical goods, paid through a payment provider your backend calls. Digital subscriptions, such as a premium health plan with in-app content, go through the stores' purchase systems.
A first prompt to send
Send it as it is, or change the details to match your idea.
Build a clinic app for patients: a doctor directory with specialties, appointment booking with available time slots, my appointments, a pharmacy catalog with prescription upload, and a profile with insurance details.
Frequently asked questions
Is an app built with FluxNative HIPAA compliant?
- Compliance depends on your backend, your agreements and how you handle data, not on the app builder alone. Use a backend provider and plan that covers your obligations before storing real patient data.
Do the app stores have extra rules for health apps?
- Yes. Both stores ask health apps for a privacy policy and accurate data-safety answers, and some features need extra declarations. FluxNative's Publish steps list each requirement and who owns it.
Can I keep API keys out of the app?
- Yes. Secrets live in the project's vault and are delivered to your backend on the server. The assistant sees each secret's name, never its value.
