Use case

Build a fitness app with AI

Guided workouts, custom routines, meal plans and progress tracking for a gym, a coach or a wellness brand. Describe your program, attach screenshots of apps you like, and ship a native app for iOS and Android.

Screens a fitness app needs

  • Onboarding that asks for goals and activity level
  • Workout library with categories and filters
  • Workout session with sets, reps and a timer
  • Custom routines and session logs
  • Nutrition preferences, meal plans and meal details
  • Progress, calories and streaks
  • Weekly challenges and a community feed

How to build it with FluxNative

  1. Start from a description. Describe your own app in chat and attach screenshots of apps you like or of your own design. You get real native source code you own, in TypeScript. Start a project
  2. Refine it in chat. Ask for one change at a time and watch the live preview update. Every turn lands as a revision you can undo, and the Design tab changes colors, type and spacing without a prompt. Work with the assistant
  3. Connect the backend. Save your Supabase, Firebase or Appwrite credentials under Server once. The assistant then creates the tables, security rules and functions the app needs; it never sees the secret values. Server
  4. Build it and install it. Build a signed APK and install it by scanning a QR code, or build an IPA without a Mac and send it to TestFlight. A build that fails costs nothing. Native builds overview
  5. Publish. FluxNative uploads to TestFlight and Google Play, tracks every store step, and submits for review only after you confirm; the app record is created once in each store console, and Apple and Google decide. Publishing overview

Data and backend

Workouts, logged sessions and profiles are rows in your backend. With Supabase or Firebase connected, the assistant creates the schema and the security rules that keep each member's history private.

If the workout library lives in the backend, coaches edit it in the backend's own table editor and the app picks up new programs without a new build.

Payments and store rules

Premium programs and coaching plans are digital subscriptions, so they go through the App Store and Google Play purchase systems. FluxNative creates the subscription on Google Play and in RevenueCat from Publish › Purchases, and the assistant wires the paywall.

A free tier can also carry AdMob ads; the assistant asks for consent before any ad loads.

A first prompt to send

Send it as it is, or change the details to match your idea.

Build a workout tracker for a personal trainer: onboarding that asks for goals, a workout library, a session screen with sets, reps and a rest timer, a progress chart, and a premium plan with monthly coaching programs.

Frequently asked questions

Can I sell workout plans as a subscription?

Yes. Digital subscriptions go through Apple's and Google's purchase systems. FluxNative creates the subscription on Google Play and in RevenueCat, and the assistant adds the paywall to the app.

Can trainers update workouts without a new release?

Yes, when workouts live in your backend. The app reads them at launch, so a new program is a new row, not a new build.

Is the app native or a web view?

Native. Builds are signed APK, App Bundle and IPA binaries compiled from the app's source code. The browser preview is a web build of the same source, used for review.
