The reservation is settled at the real cost when the work ends, and released entirely for a failed build.\n\n## Kinds of credits\n\n| Kind | Where it comes from | How long it lasts |\n| --- | --- | --- |\n| **Welcome credits** | A one-time gift when you sign up | Expire 30 days after sign-up |\n| **Plan credits** | Your paid plan, granted each credit period | Renew each period |\n| **Top-up credits** | Credit bundles you buy | Valid for one year, spent after plan credits |\n\n## Plans\n\nPlans are Free, Creator, Pro, and Business. They differ by:\n\n- generation credits: a welcome grant on Free, a monthly allowance on paid plans,\n- active projects,\n- team members,\n- AI chats that can run at the same time,\n- native builds that can run at the same time,\n- remote MCP requests that can run at the same time, or none.\n\nPrices and exact allowances are on the [pricing page](/pricing) and on **Billing**, because they are the live catalog. Prices are in USD, per organization. Annual billing still grants credits one month at a time. Business is arranged with the FluxNative team through **Talk to us about Business**.\n\n## The Billing page\n\n- **Current plan**: plan, billing cycle, next renewal, and next credit grant.\n- **Balance**: what is available, split into welcome, plan, and top-up credits.\n- **Credit bundles**: buy top-up credits.\n- **Credit activity**: every grant and charge, filterable by kind.\n- **Invoices**: paid invoices to download. Receipts are also emailed to your billing address.\n- **Billing portal**: update the card, billing email, and plan with the payment provider.\n\n## Change or cancel\n\n- **Upgrade** or change plans from **Billing** and review before you pay. The change applies after the payment is confirmed.\n- **Cancel** moves the organization to Free at the end of the billing period. Projects are kept. The current period is not refunded. You can reactivate before it ends.\n\nIf a payment is pending, wait for confirmation before paying again. If a payment is past due, update the card in the billing portal to keep the subscription active.\n\n## When the balance runs out\n\nGeneration stops until the plan renews or someone who can manage billing buys a top-up. The project stays open and nothing is lost. Native builds need enough credits to be reserved before they start.\n\n## Who can change billing\n\nOnly the owner can manage billing, buy credits, or change the plan.
