Delete your account

Profile › Delete account removes your account and every workspace you own, with their apps; workspaces you only belong to stay.

Deleting your account deletes every workspace you own, with its apps; download what you want to keep first.

Steps

  1. Download any app you want to keep (Download source (.zip) in its menu), and your data under Profile › Your data.
  2. Open Profile from the account row at the bottom of the sidebar.
  3. Choose Delete account and read the workspaces it will delete.
  4. Confirm.

Good to know

  • Workspaces you own go with all their apps, builds and files. Their paid plans stop renewing; the rest of the period is not refunded.
  • Apps already on the App Store or Google Play stay in the store.
  • Your data leaves FluxNative promptly and backups within 30 days. Billing records stay as long as the law requires, without your name or email. See the privacy policy.
