{"slug":"manage-apps","title":"Manage your apps","summary":"Find, sort, and filter apps in My apps, jump between them with the app switcher, and restore a deleted app from Recently deleted for 7 days.","body":"**Home** shows your most recent apps. **My apps** lists every app in the organization you can open.\n\n## Find an app\n\n- Search by name in **My apps**, or press ⌘K (Ctrl+K) anywhere in the app to open the app switcher.\n- Filter by status, and sort by **Last edited**, **Newest**, or **Name A→Z**.\n- The sidebar's **Recent** list shows your five newest apps, with a dot when one needs attention.\n\n## App statuses\n\nEach app shows its state: **ready**, **generating** while the assistant builds it, **repairing** while a fix runs, or **failed** when the last turn could not finish. A failed app is still repairable: open it and ask the assistant to continue from the error.\n\n## Delete and restore\n\n1. Delete an app from its menu in **My apps**. It moves to **Recently deleted**.\n2. Restore it from **Recently deleted** within 7 days to get it back as it was.\n3. After 7 days it is removed permanently.\n\nDeleting needs the **Delete apps** permission, which owners and admins have by default.\n\n> [!TIP]\n> Export the source before deleting an app you might want later. See [Export the project](/docs/export).\n\n## Move between organizations\n\nApps belong to one organization. To work on an app in another organization, switch organizations from the account menu.
