Four roles with editable permissions decide who can build, publish, invite, and pay, and developers and viewers can be limited to selected apps.","body":"Every account has a personal organization. Create or join others to work with a team. Switch organizations from the account menu; the dashboard, apps, billing, and team pages all follow the one you have selected.\n\n## Roles\n\n| Role | In short |\n| --- | --- |\n| **Owner** | Full access, including billing, store accounts, and renaming the organization. Cannot be limited. |\n| **Admin** | Manages members, projects, and invitations. Can publish. |\n| **Developer** | Creates, edits, exports, and builds apps. |\n| **Viewer** | Opens previews and exports source. Renaming the organization, managing billing, and managing store accounts always stay with the owner.\n\n## Invite someone\n\n1. Open **Team** and choose **Invite member**.\n2. Enter their email, pick a role, and, for a developer or viewer, which apps they can open.\n3. They accept from the emailed link, or from the invitation banner the next time they sign in with that email. You can also copy the link and send it yourself.\n\nA pending invitation counts toward the plan's seats until it is accepted or revoked. **Revoke invite** stops the link from working.\n\n## Limit access to some apps\n\nSet a developer or viewer to **Only selected** under **Edit app access**, and pick the projects they may open. Owners and admins always see every app. Someone outside the set does not see the project anywhere and cannot open it from a link.\n\n## Change a role or remove someone\n\nMembers can only manage people with a lower role than their own. **Remove from organization** takes away access to every app in it. Their past work stays in the project history.\n\n## Seats\n\nThe plan sets how many members an organization can have. When all seats are used, remove a member, revoke a pending invite, or upgrade.
