Two lists: what support covers, such as builds, credits and bugs, and what it does not, such as your own server or legal compliance
Support covers FluxNative itself; your server, store accounts and legal duties stay with you.

Covered

  • Signing in, organizations, members and roles.
  • Generating, editing and previewing apps.
  • Connecting Supabase, Firebase or your own API through FluxNative.
  • Failed native builds, and build settings for the App Store and Google Play.
  • Credits, plans, invoices, and charges you think are wrong.
  • Bugs in FluxNative.

Not covered

  • Code you changed after exporting the project.
  • Your own server, hosting, domain, DNS or SSL.
  • Setting up Apple Developer or Play Console accounts, and rejections caused by your business model or content.
  • Your app's legal compliance (privacy policy, GDPR, COPPA, age ratings), marketing and store optimisation.

Weekends and public holidays take longer. The support policy has the full terms, refunds included.
